Celebrated Restaurateur Michael McCarty Introduces a New Dining Bar/Lounge and Revolutionary Mixology Program to His Legendary Santa Monica Restaurant
Michael’s Santa Monica has always been known as a pioneer of fresh seasonal California cuisine. Now, Michael McCarty welcomes acclaimed mixologist Jason Robey and his innovative farm-to-glass mixology program to the new dining bar/lounge. Formerly of New Heights in Washington, DC, and Death & Co.’s Bar & Kitchen in Los Angeles, Jason Robey features fresh seasonal herbs and fruits grown on the new rooftop garden (along with fresh produce from the Santa Monica Farmers’ Market) in his new inventive cocktails at Michael’s.

Michael’s debuted in Santa Monica in 1979.
