Michael’s Santa Monica is excited to welcome our new executive chef,
Miles Thompson.

A native to New York, Thompson gained acclaim in Los Angeles at the age of eighteen at restaurants such as Nobu, Animal, Son of a Gun, and his own Allumette. After honing his craft in Northern California and St. Kitts for the last two years, Thompson is back, and we look forward to having him call Michael’s home.
