The Wine: We compose our wine list to complement our food, and create our menus to complement the wines we offer. The emphasis is on the best American wines, along with the finest selections from the great vineyards of France, other European countries, and interesting New World vintners. Our wine list also features the latest wine from Michael and Kim McCarty’s The Malibu Vineyard.
