
The legendary Santa Monica restaurant Michael's welcomes new Executive Chef John-Carlos Kuramoto. The 24-year-old chef began his culinary career working through seminal kitchens such as Blue Ginger, Michael Mina and, most recently, Mark Peel's Campanile. Chef Kuramoto brings his unique culinary background, influenced by his Japanese and Mexican grandmothers and his training at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, to Michael's classic California-fare.
