Celebrated Restaurateur Michael McCarty Introduces a Happy Hour Menu
to His Legendary Santa Monica Restaurant


WHO: Michael’s, Michael McCarty’s renowned Santa Monica restaurant, a pioneer of fresh seasonal California cuisine; newly appointed Executive Chef John-Carlos Kuramoto, known for his knack for finding the best ingredients on the market; and Jason Robey, inventive farm-to-glass mixologist at Michael’s.
WHAT: Every Monday through Friday, Michael’s Restaurant in Santa Monica will offer its first-ever Happy Hour menu from 5 – Close (M-F) Saturday 6 - Close. During Happy Hour, guests may gather in the revamped bar/lounge to enjoy Farm-to-Table Bar Bites and mixologist Jason Robey’s special Farm-to-Glass Happy Hour cocktails, as well as select beers and wines. 
Drink options include:

  • The Dominicano - Dolin Blanc, Dolin Rouge, Citadelle Gin, Aperol, Orange Bitters ($8)
  • The Downtowner - Tito’s Vodka, Lime, Canton Ginger Liqueur, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Soda ($7)
  • The 15th State – Maker’s Mark Bourbon, Ginger, Lime Soda ($8)
  • Jason’s Famous Punch #1 - Plum, Cherry Bitters, Fresh Young Coconut Water, Lime Juice, Grapefruit, Strawberry, Thai Basil, Ginger, Rum ($6)
  • Beer - Amstel Light, Stella Artois ($4)
  • Red Wine - Campos de Luz, Garnacha, Spain 2009 ($6)
  • White Wine - Szöke, Királyleányka, Mátyai, Hungary 2007 ($6)
